Refund and Return Policy (Sample Text)
General
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply in addition to our cancellation policy.
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, if possible.
Items that show signs of use or damage can only be partially refunded.
Return costs
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
We will cover the return costs for products that are delivered damaged or incorrectly.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, you will receive a notification by email.
Refunds will be made:
- to the original payment method,
- within 14 days of receipt of the goods,
- minus any depreciation in value in accordance with legal requirements.
- Exceptions / non-refundable items
No returns/refunds for:
- personalised, custom-made or individualised products,
- sealed hygiene items after opening,
- digital products once the download has been started or activated.
- Exchanges
A direct exchange is possible if the desired item is available.
Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
