We ship all orders reliably with our partner GLS. The shipment tracking feature allows you to track your parcel online at any time. You will receive an email with your tracking number after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Within Austria

Flat-rate shipping costs: 8.80 €
Delivery time: 1-3 working days

Shipping to Germany

Flat-rate shipping costs: 18.80 €
Delivery time: 2-5 working days

Delivery to Other Countries

We do not currently offer shipping to other countries as standard.

Please arrange a collection date in advance by telephone or email.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed on working days within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.
For prepayment, the delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
For all other payment methods, the delivery time begins on the day after the order is placed.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days

Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation by email with:

Your GLS tracking number
A direct link to track your shipment
The estimated delivery time

Important Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete
If delivery is to a parcel station or company address, please indicate this clearly
Partial deliveries are possible and will be made without additional shipping costs
The delivery times given are approximate and may vary in exceptional cases
